“Other Buyers Have Had Same Issue: Bought some laurel plants and they arrived in very poor state, many holes and black leaves and limpy leaves and nowhere as shown or described on their website. Extremely terrible customer services and very unprofessional standards overall (sounds like it is non existant, it is the sellers/owners acting as customer service!) Definitely taking this matter to the small claims court, as other customers have had SAME issue recently. Trading Standards and the Ombudsman being notified before legal action taken. This is unacceptable and unlawful trading.”

“I telephoned my order as I struggled with the website but everything was fine. My 30 plants arrived on a pallet, perfectly boxed in superb condition. I would recommend.”

“Order made on line. Excellent Service. Plants are very good quality, reasonable price and quick delivery. Plants left neatly placed at the premises in our absence. Highly recommended and hope to make a personal visit in the future to see the nursery itself. Thanks.”

“I bought 3 Trachelospermum Jasminoides last year and they are doing wonderfully well. So much so, I ordered another 2x 50L to complete cover of the house. Plants are always A1. Delivery is very good. I have had my fingers burnt a few times with online plant buying. Not here. Very professional outfit. Do not hesitate to put your trust in them.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected. Plants arrived in excellent condition, 1 of the pots were cracked but soil was intact and no damage was done. Customer service is brilliant, prompt response to any questions i had for the aftercare/maintenance. Bought 2 clematis armandii snowdrift, purchased another 3 plants a few days later. Very impressed with the quality and size of all plants. The only downside i would say is having to pay £10 for delivery with each purchase. Overall very pleased with everything. Will definitely be our go to for future plant shopping.”
