“Good communication right from the start, even about delivery, right from the person on the phone to even the delivery driver. Very helpful with my elderly mother with dropping off the trees. All looking healthy very please with purchase and hopefully going to plant them this weekend. Thank you”

“My order was handled very efficiently. I was kept informed of progress and told when the rootballs had become available for delivery - delivery was well co-ordinated and on time. Unfortunately one of the six plants I ordered had a main branch at the root level hanging and broken. The branch had ingrained dirt which suggested it had been loaded and delivered that way. Another of the plants had all its top leaves covered in dust and mud, suggesting it had been lying on its side for a while. Grasslands did give me 25% off the cost of one of the plants - but no further comment about the damage. The plants do seem to be in fine health otherwise now replanted.”

“Excellent service and great products exactly as described. The photonia Full Standards and one hornbeam tree we ordered were healthy and strong and delivered quickly. “The plants l purchased arrived well packed. They were in superb condition exactly how you want to buy plants online. Its a shame other plant companies dont do the same. The delivery was very fast. With regards to Grasslands its a well run company very efficient and its been a pleasure buying from you. Well done . 5 stars from me.”
