“Great Nursery, I have been using them frequently for the past few years, supplying my business with plants for numerous projects. Vikki is always very helpful with answering any questions I may have. Delivery is usually prompt and convenient as I, or my clients, do not have to be in. I do prefer the old website system as I could easily see the original price and the trade I receive which was good. Quality of plants is exceptional and reasonably priced. Great variety ranging from perennials, to shrubs and trees. Very helpful team. I do hope to visit the nursery one day.”

“Purchased supposedly 6 Phormuim Cream Delight from the online ordering service Unfortunately for me Graaslands delivered the wrong plants. As their website states that colour and shape of thier plants may differ from their advertised photo I accepted this as I thought they had delivered the right plants. 2 of the plants had loose soil in the pots that gave me the impression that these had been put in to 3 litre pots from a smaller pot. This meant that the soul from the root ball fell away. I planted them all out but sent and email to Graasland questioning this. Now coming up to date, one of the Phormuim was not growing well. Surprisingly it was one where the soil fell away from the root ball. I decided to go to a garden centre and purchase another Cream Delight. When I got it home and compared to the Phormuims planted in my garden the colouring of the leaves did not match. I then sent an email to Grasslands to question why I hadn’t received the correct plants. No reply for 3 days so I phoned them to be basically told as the order was 8 months old and i didn’t query at the time of delivery it was basically my fault. I don’t even know what Phormuim plant I have planted in my garden. Cream Delight is a smaller size and the one in my garden could grow 2 or 3mr. Based on this i will need to remove all these plants and replace them at my own expense. I paid Grassmere over £100 to supply me the right plant and they don’t want to refund me anything for THEIR ERROR. I will never use this company again and I would suggest that you clear check your order on delivery because thier customer care policy as shown me they justt try want your money and take little responsibility for thier rrrors”

“We actually picked to buy from here online as all the pictures of the plants had people who worked in them.... Holding up the plants, looking dead chuffed. Seemed friendly and family orientated! The plants arrived 2 days after ordering, packaged well and looking good when we opened them, lots of roots and new buds to be seen. Planted them the day after and they are doing well so far. We'll definitely use again.”

“I searched the internet for nurseries that would supply mature perrenials in very early spring and found Grasslands. I started off with 3 plants which arrived in great shape even though theres a good distance between them and where i live was suprised by the condition..fantastic.”

“The plants were healthy , all good , sadly parcel force did not respect the care of the plants, so they arrived outside their pots and new shoots broken , still I planted them… except that grassland was very good 👍”

“Never ordered plants before so was a bit sceptical about what state they would be in upon delivery. Very pleasantly surprised. Nice healthy plants slightly larger than expected. Would have given a 5* but the tracking system mearly tells you that your order has shipped. I phoned Grasslands and they told me my order was scheduled for delivery the next day.”
