“The plants I received from grasslands where very healthy l but I had to call three times to find out what was happening with delivery , each time I was told they would get back to me but didn't , it took a month to receive my order .”

“Shopping with grasslands was not a great experience. I ordered 23 plants to be delivered. When they arrived, only 11 came. I tried phone the office but had no response so I decided to drive over an hour to the nursery to try collect my remaining plants but the guy working would not give them to me. When I finally spoke to the office and arrange the delivery of the missing items. I was told that no compensation would be given. And to top it off, when the remains plants finally arrived, the condition of them was not gate good as they were root balls and had been out of the ground for too long.”

“I've bought a number of different plants over the last few years from Grasslands which have been of excellant quality with sensible prices. The packaging of all the plants is very secure including my recent Tree Fern which was so professional it looked as though I had just picked it up! Delivery has always been prompt and if I need advice I call thier number and have a chat. Really good company and I am about to recommend them to Which Gardening.”

“Thank you - we are very pleased with the Elaeagnus Ebbingei Compacta we bought from you. It was in excellent condition and it was well worth the delivery cost to have it brought all the way to Suffolk in the Grasslands van, avoiding any possibility of damage from a carrier. It's settled in very well and made an instant impact in our border.”

“I bought three very good quality pleached elaeagnus and some compost to take it up to a free delivery price. Good service and they use an app to tell you when it’s arriving, so no hanging around waiting. Well done!”

“Ordered 34 bare root Hornbeam. The price was the best I found online for their size, and they were delivered on time. The plants were of a good quality, and most importantly the roots were not dried out. I was also updated on the delivery progress which was helpful as i was not at home to receive them at the time. All in all a great service.”
