“When the trees arrived they were in good condition and large root ball. However communication has been poor. The order was placed mid Dec, with a 10 day delivery forecast, but was not avised that the nursery would be closing for 2 weeks over Christmas and so delay the delivery. And then again no communication after Christmas when the trees could not be dug due to the cold weather and frozen ground. So trees finally received late Jan.”

“We bought some 40cm Portuguese laurel plants in November. They arrived promptly, wrapped carefully and in very good condition. Planted within the week and they have settled in well. The quality of the plants and prompt service was so good that we bought some more in January along with a small amount of bare root beech trees. The price we paid was better than any other we could find, all in all we're very pleased.”

“Hi Grasslands, thanks for the trees delivered. The rootball quality was very poor as soon as the burlap was removed everything fell off revealing a bare root tree with very few if any hair roots left. Trees were planted as replacement Tree preservation order trees and have to survive the council inspections. Kind regards, Jake”
