“Excellent, from web site to rapid delivery. The plants ( 2 escallonias) were very well protected in their box, and on removing were in superb condition. We are leaving them in their pots during this hot weather, so can't comment on them after transplanting. I have a list of other plants/shrubs I would like, and I won't hesitate to go back to Grasslands Nursery. Thankyou to all involved.”

“Hi . received my plants I purchased 13 but only received 12 .I did call grasslands and talk to a member of staff she said they will look into it .I haven't heard from them”

“Super service from the Grasslands Nursery crew. All contact with them has been great, cheery, and very responsive. I provided some specific instructions regarding the picking of my order, and I felt they were doing their best to accommodate my requests. I would happily recommend and extend a big shout-out to both Christie and Helen for their service.”

“Absolutely brilliant! Portuguese Laurels arrived healthy, bushy and green. Some are bigger than listed too. Planted 70cm apart and have almost an instant privacy screen! Fast dispatch and was kept updated all the way through the process. 5* for grasslands nursery! Will 100% order from here again”

“What an excellent website - easy to find what I wanted and the a simple efficient ordering process. The trees arrived well within the 10 day delivery time frame and the delivery driver was super helpful and took the trees to the spot where I wanted them. The quality of the trees was excellent.”

“First order damaged in transit. Spoke to someone at Grasslands who said they would give me a call back and did not. Second delivery arrived on 22nd July. Ordered on 5th July. One plant only.”

“I am giving five stars to the review because the quality of the plants is excellent. They are very healthy and good size. I just wish Grasslands Nursery could use better deliveries firms because at the moment it is appalling. One delivery I never got because it was left outside my front door and the plants were stolent, the other delivery the plans were broken and all over the place. Can you please sort out this very annoying problem?”
