“Plant and delivery man saved the day. No comm's before delivery Email arrived 12 hours after final delivery. Initial plant was incorrect but delivery man said he would sort problem out and was back in four hours with correct plant he was helpful and pleasant and saved Grasslands reputation. The plant appeared identical to website pictures. Overall a thank you but please improve comms.”

“Although I had tried to contact Grasslands via email on a few occasions and never received a reply, something that I think they need to look at, I ordered my trees with fingers crossed. They arrived about 5 days after ordering them. The driver was very friendly and the trees are fantastic. Thank you.”

“Plants were delivered within the quoted delivery period and courrier informed day of delivery beforehand. Plants were healthy and in good condition, and had not dried out in their pots.”

“Plants are lovely but the delivery arrangements were poor. No-one contacted me to confirm delivery - and there was no tracking system. I had to phone and they couldn't give me an idea of time. I waited from early morning and plants arrived at 4pm. Pleased they got here but delivery timings need to be improved in keeping with other service providers.”

“Easy to order, delivery great, product just as we expected. The one thing missing was instructions on planting. I think that would be a good addition to the service. Apart from that everything fine.”

“Next Day Delivery was a little later than would have been ideal but plants ( Lleylandi + Pyracantha ) were of excellent quality and exactly as described on website and illustrated in online pictures ( if not better ).- I will definitely be ordering again from Grasslands .”

“I ordered 3 Matteuccia Struthiopteris on a Wednesday and they were delivered to Northern Ireland on Friday. The packaging was superb and the ferns were delivered in excellent condition. I would certainly buy from Grasslands again.”

“Purchased 22x 1.6 - 1.8m laurel. Quality of product was excellent and well packaged. Water retention pellets in tubs too did not go unrecognised. Website very good, gives the impression of a caring horticultural supplier. However I did seek some verbal assurance that the product was as per the website, and just wanted to speak to someone before spending in excess of £800. However, telephone pre-sale service was particularly weak. Considering I was potentially spending in excess of £800, the female on the phone was not helpful in satisfying my general enquiries and did not seek to re-assure me of the plant quality. She certainly hasnt been on a sales course. I even suggested she may want to convince me of the quality. Fortunately, I called back and another female was helpful and my order was placed online shortly afterwards. One other constructive point - some after-care instructions would be useful, particularly on watering. Many thanks”
