“Very happy with the hedging plants I ordered - having had to return and get a refund on previous ones from a big name nursery in the south which were infected and dying. Very healthy plants at a good price and very resonable delivery cost. I'm glad I found Grasslands online!”

“I was looking to bay a tree, searched the internet and found you about twenty miles away. Well worth the journey. Amazed on the range of trees on display. Was assisted by a member of staff who was very helpful and having made my choice,I was amazed that I didn't have to pay delivery even though I lived a distance away. The delivery was excellent kept informed on the progress of the driver. Overall an excellent experience and I have already been recommended you to other people.”

“I ordered some cherry laurels and soil. Both delivered quickly and placed conveniently by the driver. The plants were as promised, a good height and look healthy. Pleased with the purchase.”

“Brilliant communication from sales to delivery. Every step of the way an email arrives. The driver for delivery was very polite and bang on time. The products are of very good quality - always a worry when you aren't picking yourself. Definitely reccommend and will be using again if I find any gaps in the garden!”

“Ordering prcess was simple and the plants themselves all appear to be of good quality. Communication regarding the delivery process could be improved to make it clear that the order was spilt into different packages and that these would not all arrive on the same day. The courier tracking provided did not work for the last shipment.”

“Thuja's were in good condition when they arrived, except for 4, which were broken at the top (likely from transport) however, another one of the supplied trees was broken at the top so it was only 1.8m in height - well below the size ordered. Unfortunately, the damage was not fresh (was dry and the top and that part was completely missing - had been caused well before the delivery) and was shipped in that condition. It was an order for 41 trees, so some damage could be expected during delivery, but shipping a tree that had clearly been damaged days before being sent to a customer and it being well under the height ordered was a little disappointing. Overall, an efficient service and seemingly healthy trees in the main - shame about the tree that really should have been rejected prior to shipping.”
