“Staff at Grasslands were prompt in responding to email queries. The items purchased were healthy and arrived 7 days from date of order. Courier was very helpful and left the items where we asked him to. The rootballs were well packaged on a pallet”

“3 weeks to receive order and very poor communication, had to call twice to find out when I was going to receive it and then still had no idea as was with courriers for 5 days before arriving. As a gardening professional, I understand hedging season can create longer lead times- so just give an accurate delivery date on your website? You cant expect professionals, who have jobs booked, to just sit for 3 weeks with no information and wait, if I've been told max 10 days over the phone. Price was competitive, but not much cheaper than other suppliers to be honest. Based on the service, not value for money.”
