“The root ball trees, as you know, came with no instructions and died soon after planting as they had no roots. Although I was offered new trees at a discount, it took a long time to come to this solution and I have paid out £1,220 in total. So no, would definitely not recommend, not a positive experience”

“Long wait, understand that trees had to be in best condition to ship. Maybe communicate to customer with updates would help to ease customer experience. Mark delivery driver was the best, such a nice guy and so helpful , positioned trees in exactly the nearest spot he could get them . Quality of trees excellent.”

“WOW....Amazing quality, service and price.. was looking at 20 ltr hedge pots from other companies. Came across Grasslands and saw 40 ltr hedge plants cheaper than the 20 ltr ones. Took a chance on them and ordered. 2 days later they we're delivered. Look amazing . Can't recommend enough. Will be buying from them again.”

“This is my second batch of cherry laurels, to replace a proportion of a large number of root ball examples from early spring that did not take. These new plants were healthy and decently bushy, though more varied in height than the original root ball ones. They planted in easily and hopefully will take better. Good feedback from Grasslands too on the watering regime for them.”
