“Plants both died within days of arriving. Called customer service and they said to give it 2 weeks to see if it was shock. I then found out that you only have 14 days to return if there’s an issue so impossible to leave for 2 weeks! Very bad experience.”

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your plants did not thrive. The Trachelospermum jasminoides you received were fully established, healthy plants at the time of dispatch. This variety is robust and unlikely to deteriorate so quickly unless there has been a significant lack of water—particularly during warm or dry spells, or if not watered thoroughly upon arrival. Our customer service team advised a short period of monitoring in case the plants were simply experiencing transplant shock, which is common after delivery and usually resolves with proper care. However, we understand your concern about the 14-day return window, and we’re sorry if that caused confusion. We’re always here to help troubleshoot planting or care issues where possible, and we regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations on this occasion.
