“I used the pre-order service and was kept under dated throughout the process - acknowledgement of order and what to expect next, notified when the tree came into stock and given a date of delivery. The tree was delivered on time and was a good healthy specimen which met the description of the item as advertised. It was also helpful to be provided with planting instructions and tips. Very happy with the whole process and would not hesitate to order from Grasslands again in the future.”

“Great tree, ordered on Saturday night, delivered on Tuesday. Very healthy tree, great size and value and currently growing well. Also walked around their garden centre, and it’s also very good with friendly staff.”

“The website was easy to navigate and has a wide variety of plants and shrubs at good value. There are several payment options and delivery charges are reasonable given the distance travelled! Very happy with the size and quality of our purchases and the overall service.”

“Ordered 4 large pleached trees on a Monday together with stakes and some fertiliser. Following an email notification and courtesy phone call it all arrived on time on the Friday. Very helpful delivery driver brought them round to the back garden too. Can't fault the service. From start to finish it has been efficient and professional and the trees look great. Will definitely use again.”

“Once again appalling customer services. There are errors which they admitted yet refusing to issue a final refund. Rude and do not hardly respond to emails. Had to get citizens advice involved, still ignoring emails. This company is a joke.”

“I ordered a mature Amelanchier on a Thursday. I received an email the following day informing me it would be delivered the following monday and it was. Together with a good quality stake. An excellent service. The tree was in good condition and will grace my garden for years to come.”

“First time using Grasslands, and always a worrie when buying plants, other companies selling the same product really messed be about so I tried Grasslands and all arrived this morning looking great, 100 Portuguese laurel On 2 pallets wrapped very well all looking as described and all looking in great shape , Alex the driver was a great chap helpful and polite and a thank you to Vicki in the office who took my original order she made the process so easy. So all I can say is as long as they all grow then this will be a great success Very professional from start to finish they came on the day I requested as I did order we'll in advance and all invoices sent at time of ordering with a discount for a large order so my experience so far has been great and so a very big thanks to all who helped with this order Kind Regards Colin”
