“The shrub I bought was in good condition and healthy, the price was very reasonable and delivery was efficient.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected. Plants arrived in excellent condition, 1 of the pots were cracked but soil was intact and no damage was done. Customer service is brilliant, prompt response to any questions i had for the aftercare/maintenance. Bought 2 clematis armandii snowdrift, purchased another 3 plants a few days later. Very impressed with the quality and size of all plants. The only downside i would say is having to pay £10 for delivery with each purchase. Overall very pleased with everything. Will definitely be our go to for future plant shopping.”

“What a brilliant nursery. A great journey through the countryside to get there, a fabulous selection of excellent quality plants, shrubs, and flowers, plus some gardening extras and complimented by a great rustic coffee shop with super staff. Nothing like that is near us and will be back again.”

“It was straight forward and fast. Ordered hedging plants on Sunday and delivered on Thursday. I wasn't expecting it to be that quick as I tried GarXXX Express before it took over 6 weeks. Great service. Thanks.”

“I ordered some Laurels advertised at 60-80 cm. Hardly any were even 50 cm. When I contacted Grassland they said don’t worry they will soon grow. This is a wholesale operation with poor customer service in my experience.”

“I ordered 3 plants: Pinus Mugo Pumilio, Miscanthus Sinensis Red Cloud and Carex oshimensis Evergold. They arrived very quickly. Two days after I ordered. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I thought that they had sent me a bare-rooted plant because one of the plants was out of its pot. There was soil everywhere. Once I cleaned it up, I was able to see that they are all of a good size and healthy-looking. I don't know how they got all tumbled the way they did, but the delivery could have been much better and they could have been packed much more securely.”
