“Communication was a little sketchy at first but only to be expected in these times. Plant was delivered by helpful friendly chap and looks to be in excellent condition despite travelling half the length of the country.”

“The plants exceeded my expectations and appear to have transp[lanted well. However, your carrier at no timemprovided a delivery date or time, nor was a caed or note put through my letterbox advising that the plants had been left with a neighbour with the result that I did not receive them until 24hours after delivery.”

“Hi, happy with the plants, pricing and delivery schedule. Only little moan was that I thought the plants would come on a pallet stood upright and possibly shrink wrapped. Thanks”

“Look like nice quality pyracanthus. Ordered 27 for a hedge. Some had significantly better root stock than others but all look like they’ve taken ok after a week of planting out. Good height on them and value for money. Keeping my fingers crossed they’ll be easy enough to prune and shape. Delivery was quick and nice chap!”

“I purchased a quantity of 300cm cherry laurels to create a hedge at the front of my property. The plants arrived quickly, in excellent condition and were very good value. The postage cost was also very reasonable.”

“I do recommend, lovely walk around nice big site, plants look well looked after, delivery was quick too. however upon delivery, says to deliver to a safe place, whoever delivered the plants did not do this. when told customer services they say they only deliver to front of house, so bit confusing with the safe place mention.”

“I ordered 4 large dug Portuguese Laurel hedging plants. Price, delivery and customer service was all excellent. 3 of the plants are superb, full and bushy. The 4th was a little thinner and didn’t look as glossy as the others. However I’m hoping it will catch up next year. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase.”

“We ordered 22 trees in total, and although it took quite a lot of time between ordering and delivery - it was totally worth the wait. All the Olives and Pines that we ordered arrived in excellent condition and looked so healthy. They'd even upgraded the size of the pine trees due to stock of the smaller size. Now the trees are all in there new homes, they look amazing and do the perfect screening job in our new planter. Communication isn't their strongest point, I had tried to speak with them multiple times and told I would be called back but never received a call. Would definitely recommend and purchase again from Grasslands.”

“Ordered laurels which arrived on time as expected and in really great condition! Great size too very happy. Only downside was the delivery driver put alll 6 on our drive and posted a delivery note.. did not even knock -”

“The tree was left at my front door with a delivery note through the letter box. I was at home all day. I wanted to ensure the tree was satisfactory before accepting it. It wouldn't have taken a minute to ring the bell. I have no idea who delivered it. The tree is now planted and looks fine.”
