“It was really easy buying the trees we wanted at a great price even though we live a long way away. Making a call and getting good answers was nice and easy. My trees, all in great condition arrived on time as requested”

“I bought some plants which were delivered on the 19 of February this year. I was very impressed with the quality of the plants but found that one of the peonies I had ordered was replaced with another which was very different in form and size. Instead of a 2 litre pot of Alexander Fleming, I had a 11cm pot of Paeonia lactiflora ‘Nymphe'. I have emailed 3 times ( 20th, 22nd and 29th February ) to say that I didn't like the replacement peony which was sent without my consent ( contrary to your terms and conditions), and asked for a replacement Alexander Fleming ( which according to your website was in stock) or a full refund. I have not had a reply to my email of 29 February yet. Please would you sort it out. I had planned to buy more plants from your nursery when we received the order on the 19th because they were such good quality but, I am afraid the lack of Customer support has put me off.”

“Good plants but labels do not show the name of the plant "Frozen Flame" - what they do show, it turns out after unnecessary phone calls, is the name of the nursery that produced them. Attention to detail???”
