“I can't review something I haven't received. My order was made, acknowledged, and the money taken from my card on 17 October. It is now 1 November and I have heard nothing further. I rang and was told that I would be contacted by today with a delivery date. I have still heard nothing. Just what kind of customer service is that supposed to be?”

“This is the second time I have bought from Grasslands. Both times the buying process was very easy and the items (trees and Ilex Crenata Kinme Bonsai ) were exactly as described and arrived in good condition. The delivery is prompt. I would buy from them again.”

“Hoping the what looks like dead trees burst to life in the spring. Special mention must go to the driver who delivered our trees as he went above and beyond to help us with planting instructions; staking instructions and relocation as close to their permanent home as possible. All in all a wonderful experience & now look forward to years of enjoying looking at our fabulous pleached hornbeams.”

“Unfortunately difficult to rate as I ordered some trees online and when chased up delivery they told me they have not been dug yet let alone delivered ! I ordered them 2 weeks ago and was not informed that they would not be sent straight away and in fact the person I talked to at Grasslands was rather disappointing to talk with and gave me little confidence that they will arrive any time soon. So still waiting for the date when I will receive the trees.”

“The trees I ordered are of a very high quality and a price very much cheaper than I had found elsewhere. A delivery time was given and they were delivered on time and without my being there. Very impressed all round.”
