“Just received 12 Portuguese Laurel plants. Delivered to the very Northern point of Scotland. Quick delivery and the plants look really healthy. Very impressed”

“Plant arrived in very poor condition, the roots were completely dried out and the plant was very limp. 2 of its 4 leaves were yellow and dying. Customer services blamed the warm weather and then never bothered to respond to my next email. For £30 delivery I would have expected a better service.”

“Plant arrived bone dry , leaves all yellow and limp also two leaves broken due to other plants falling on it, driver told me due to bumpy roads. I would think twice before ordering”
