“First order damaged in transit. Spoke to someone at Grasslands who said they would give me a call back and did not. Second delivery arrived on 22nd July. Ordered on 5th July. One plant only.”

“I am giving five stars to the review because the quality of the plants is excellent. They are very healthy and good size. I just wish Grasslands Nursery could use better deliveries firms because at the moment it is appalling. One delivery I never got because it was left outside my front door and the plants were stolent, the other delivery the plans were broken and all over the place. Can you please sort out this very annoying problem?”

“Poor service. Lack of communication, delayed delivery - forced to cancel our community charity planting days 3 times. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Previously ordered from Grasslands for similar events and had hoped for a reliable service.”

“Wonderful customer service- I asked for a bit more information about the tree and they responded very quickly with a couple of photos. The tree arrived safely and quickly with a very helpful driver. The tree is in great condition, happily perhaps a bit bigger than I expected. Great service.”
