Only criticism is the tracking isn't updated on Grasslands' website & there's no link provided to the courier's website, you have to search for it & manually enter your details to get delivery day & time.”

“The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the delivery. The plants were a day late arriving and when they did arrive the poor things were actually lying on their side with compost and bark chippings in the bottom of the box. There was damage to the plants (the box had obviously been dropped on it's side) but as the plants are perrenials it will not affect them next year. This is not your fault, it is entirely down to the courier.”
