“Very happy with my trees. Despite being held at the delivery depot for a few days, they were still looking great when I picked them up. Also great price for the size.”

“Whilst initially a little frustrated at the wait for my order I have to say that once they arrived they were really healthy plants. Fab roots and all still in leaf. Very happy and worth the wait.”

“Plants arrived a little bit battered where packaging was damaged. However, the type of plant purchased was pretty robust so even though some plants were upside down, no real harm was done. Plants were strong specimens and as described 👍”

“The quality of the plants we received were great. The staff on the phone were super helpful and each time I have visited the place it is impressive. I would rate them 5 stars but the day before delivery at 4pm I called to ask the time of delivery and was told 9-11am so I booked off the morning from work and told my office I'd be in for lunch. On the morning of delivery I received a text saying delivery was 3pm to 4pm which was far from ideal as I had booked only the morning off on the back of being told they would deliver 9-11am. The plants eventually turned up at 3.15pm which was annoying as I had 45 minutes left before it went dark to move and plant 30 large laurels. This left me feeling rather frustrated with the last minute change of timeslot. I had specificallly asked prior for an early morning delivery too.”

“The plants received were good quality but delivery took a lot longer than it said. It would've been nice if there was more communication ie email saying there has been a delay. I had to ring twice to find out what was going on.”

“The quality and packaging of the products bought were excellent The delivery however was not - I was not informed that delivery was kerbside. As I am an elderly person, a very reluctant delivery person dragged the rootballed trees into my garden leaving a horrible muddy mess and a few broken branches.”

“Overall very happy. The only negative was the text received stating ‘digging has begun, expect imminent delivery’ then 2 weeks later I had to chase my delivery up.”
