“A pleasure shopping with Grasslands. Ordered the items with no hassle when It arrived the plants where wrapped up very well. The plant was in very good condition and is now in the garden.”

“I ordered 12 Emerald Conifer trees and they arrived on a pallet as expected. The trees were healthy and uniform in size. The rootball has plenty of soil covered by material and the plants have plenty of body. Overall I was pleased with my purchase and they will hopefully grow into a good thick hedge as intended.”

“Good communication from Grasslands once order placed as regards shipping arrangements, date of dispatch etc. Bare rooted plants arrived on schedule - very healthy root growth but some of the plants had less than fully healthy foliage. Might be a minor issue, but hence 4 stars rather than 5. Time will tell.”

“Root balls arrived in good condition and are now dug in. Only reason for four star is that first warning of delivery was an email at 2:30 in the morning and then a text message at 6 o’clock in the morning saying it was going to be delivered in 20 minutes The root balls were then left on the doorstep”

“I would have rated GN 5 star but for the fact that no (simple) planting instructions were included with my purchase. Otherwise, the price was right, the delivery prompt and the product was in line with its photographed description. The wisteria has now been planted using on-line instructions and looks just right for for what I am planning for my house and garden. Call me back in June when, hopefully, I will be enjoying its first summer!”
