After mutiple buxus orders over the years they sent me sick box ball that started dying a slow death after it arrived. After raising the issue with them they fobbed me off and wouldnt take responsibilty for the quality of their plants. I wont use again.

Unfortunately I had the disappointment of receiving an expensive cherry laurel which is damaged (split) at the crown of the plant. I’ve planted it anyway but will just have to hope it survives ok.

I sent photos of damaged to my plant which cost over £170. I was told it was bruising due to handling in transit even though the photos clearly show black marks if insect eggs or something similar that is killing the leaf and have a good munch if them too. Not Happy. I have asked for a replacement if a tip top specimen or I will be forced to contact my bank for a full refund. BEWARE

The Laurels arrived in a very poor state and I could not accept them. There does not seem to be any quality checks before items are shipped.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered 6 bamboo plants and paid £309, and after more than 3 weeks of waiting, what arrived looked completely dead. Dry leaves, damaged plants, and nothing like what was advertised. Honestly, I’ve seen healthier plants thrown away outside garden centres. What upset me even more was the customer service. I emailed them about the condition of the plants and got absolutely no response. Not even a basic apology. For the amount of money I paid, this experience was shocking. If I could give zero stars, I would. Total waste of money and time. I would never order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Awful service and administration staff attitude ! I returned two trees (£198) to the nursery yesterday as I wasn’t happy with their appearance and was advised I’d be refunded. Great ! Not great when grasslands charged me £19.80 as a ‘restocking fee’ due to the time and effort required to accept them back. What an absolute joke ! I even purchased different trees to replace the ones I wasn’t happy with ! Wish I hadn’t now. Will never use grasslands or recommend !

Very poor quality still trying to revive the plant . It came completely dry and shrivelled up . Asked for small can delivery was deliver to top of the road in big van which meant my son had to bring it all in his car . Three trips . Will not buy in grasslands again

I ordered 3 5ft jasmine plants and they arrived in poor conidition. The root balls were parched, one pot broken because the plant was root bound and they have an infestation with black sooty on the leaves. I contacted Grasslands twice about this and no response... so when prompted to leave this review unofrtunately with no resolution I can only give poor feedback. I will say that the honeysuckle I ordered is in perfect condition, so perhaps just an issue effecting some plants.

I Travelled a long distance to view some pleached trees today that state on the website there are 40 in stock. The Customer service wasn’t great when I arrived, I was willing to make a purchase for over £2500 but was told that if they trees weren’t in the pleached tree sales area, it was unlikely that I’d be able to view before buying. I was then told that they weren’t in stock even though the website stated there were 40. There was no attempt to try and sell me the other pleached trees or to take my details and let me know when they’d be in stock. Very confused by the customer service today.

All plants that arrived looked half dead. I put them in water and tried my best to revive them but they’ve all died now. No one’s bothered to contact me either.

Plant never received, despite reminder and a second plant's being supposedly dispatched. Tracking showed that package(s) never received by Royal Mail. Refund requested and given.

Very disappointed, my hedging came with almost all the root bowl cut off, lower branches removed and broken branches. I have planted over 200 beech hedging plants and these are we poorest by far. Grasslands don't want to know and do not care. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible quality, branches broken and cut off hedging plants, root bowl 99% cut off...they didn't want to know and don't care. Never use them again.

The roots arrived very dry, and the plants weren't in the best condition either. The leaves were dry and had visible blemishes. The price for the plant was low, which I think is related to its condition. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Tree tie and ad took a week to deliver a tenner for delivery, tree strap a fiver . Royal mail T24 is 24 hour delivery only a fiver due to delay waiting for frost to clear to plant tree very disappointed
