“The service was great The driver was really helpful, helping carrying the trees, and so polite. The trees were just as stated, big and in great. I would recommend this company definitely.”

“I have been a customer of Grasslands, on and off, for more than twenty years (probably longer). Their plants are always of excellent quality and competitively priced. My latest acquisition comprised sixteen root ball dug Cherry Laurels. Quality excellent again but I also want to comment on the massively helpful pre-purchase advice from Andrew and the wonderful and extremely thoughtful assistance given by the driver/deliverer Adrian. Both excellent ambassadors for Grasslands. Grasslands are lways my first "port of call" when seeking to buy plants of some substance. The laurels are the first acquisition in a wholesale makeover of our back garden. There will be more purchases to come from Grasslands...”

“Gorgeous little tree, taller than expected and had little buds on already. Ordered a 150/175 cm one and the actual tree is more like 2 m tall, which is great. It is the first plant in our new, very barren back garden. The tree arrived safely and looking healthy. The rootball was so heavy that the two of us had to lift it, which made delivery a bit problematic as there is no parking directly outside our house. I imagined this would be different if I'd have chosen the Grasslands Nursery own van delivery, and I will do next time. A blue pallet was left at our property (which I believe means that it's been treated with chemicals, making it problematic to get rid of), along with a half of a broken pallet, which isn't ideal. I was not home for the delivery and my autistic son did not ask why those were left behind. Overall: great plant and I will return for more, but will have to try the nursery's own delivery next time.”

“I was very pleased with the service, the price and the quality of the plants. The delivery of 9 pleached hornbeams was particuarly good, the driver was very helpful in making sure the plants were offloaded as close to the planting site as possible and handled with care. Because this first purchase was such a positive experience I have placed a second order.”

“I ordered three Taxus trees around 150cm to extend a row of existing hedging. They took a while to arrive, but the trees were superb when they got here. Beautiful specimens. I am so pleased with them. The pallet company kept us well informed as to what day and what time the were expected and couldn't have been more helpful. I'm really impressed so thank you.”

“Bought 13 cherry laurel trees from Grasslands. As a novice tree planter I called and got some great friendly advice from the staff on how to plant. The delivery driver was also excellent and very considerate. I just hope that I can now keep them alive after all the good work.”
