“Very fast delivery, well packaged. Plant in good condition but smaller than anticipated though, given the cost.”

“Plants are excellent- very tall and bushy so I’m super happy with that. The delivery was not very good unfortunately, there was no live tracking and the delivery courier just dumped them on the street as a free for all even though I left a huge sign on the door saying to leave them in the front garden which is very accessible, when I realised they were there someone had pulled up in a van to take them for themselves! Luckily got to them just in time. I rang grasslands to tell them but the woman on the phone seemed uninterested and said that they do curbside delivery which isn’t mentioned when you order so just be aware of that. If the delivery company wasn’t so poor I would give 5 stars.”

“I was recommended this company by a garden designer and ordered 2 box cones (topiary) for either side of the door. They arrived in good condition with lots of fresh new growth. I followed up with a query about pruning and received a speedy response. It is a pity there isn't more advance information about delivery time. I knew the day, but was told it could arrive any time between 7am-5pm, and that no timeslots are possible, so I could have sat in all day. I do think more information should be possible. However, I'm glad to say they arrived in good time and we're happy with them.”

“My plants were sent lifeless and did not grow. After emails with Grasslands Nursery was refunded. Hope for better luck next time if I purchase from them again.”

“Decent price and good condition but black bamboo plants smaller and thinner than 35L pot specimens I sourced locally last year. Judging by the root balls when lifted out the pots, they'd just been re-potted prior to sale. Well packaged and safely delivered.”

“The plants although not the same as on the website (they had lost some leaves over winter) appear very healthy. The ability to ‘chat’ prior to purchase was very helpful. I have deducted one star not for the quality or service but as only a week after purchase the plants have been reduced in price by 25% which when purchasing over 20 plants is a little disappointing.”
