“Very disappointed. All three plants in my order arrived in very poor condition. The 25L Phormium looked pretty shabby for the money it cost with loads of damage to the leaves, not the focal point specimen I was hoping for. Was packaged in a cardboard box that was far too big with the two remaining plants of my order ( a 2L Fatsia Japonica and a 5L Choisya Ternata) left loose inside the same box. This resulted in numerous broken stems that could’ve been avoided with some decent packing. A great shame as other orders I’ve seen have been superb which is why I chose Grasslands Nursery in the first place.”

“What a great company. Placed an order for 35 x 4.5ltr pot Privot hedging and the whole online ordering process was easy. I was told delivery would be around 7 days but they came after 2 days of placing the order. All 35 privots were in great condition. Thank you for a great service, i will certainly be using you again in the near future.”

“I ordered 2 large Camellia -pants after seeing examples of them on your website on 23rd March and payment of £100.99was taken. I received an e-mail to say it was dispatched on 26th March. I sent an e-mail on 30th March to ask where the package was as I couldn’t track it suing the number provided. I never received a reply. I then rang several times and eventually spoke to a young man he said the plants actually had been dispatched on 30th. We received them on Friday 2nd. Only after chasing them up with the courier. On unpacking one was fine but pretty droopy but the other had lost a lot of buds [ see photo attached] and needed a lot of work to get it looking half way decent. I know we live in the Highlands and always take that into consideration when ordering [ other plant companies do deliver within 24-48 hours] I am only making these comments as I was sent an e-mail to respond to the service. We were very disappointed having paid so much and I’m doubtful we’ll have any flowers this years”

“The plants are super healthy and rrived quickly. The website is really easy to use and the plants are a good price. I gave it 4 stars because the packing wasn't great. The box arrived very squashed and my 2 euphorbias were damaged as a result. It was a real shame because they seemed so healthy.”

“I had 3 orders of shrubs and perennials recently. I was impressed at the condition they arrived in. Exceptionally well packed! One exotic plant I ordered then became 'out of stock' but a suitable substitute was offered. Would order again. I am a qualified garden designer. These plants were for my own garden.”
