“Ordered a prunus snow fountain tree online which I paid for. I was informed that the order would take 7 to 10 days to arrive which was fine. I was sent instructions how to plant the tree which were very clear and concise. Then after about 7 days I was telephoned to tell me that the trees were out of stock! I had spent so long searching for the right tree for my garden and it has been so difficult to find another one. I should have been told it was out of stock before I paid for it. Very disappointing.”
