“The plants are very good quality that I ordered. However, the delivery was not good. The drive left them at a completely different address (name and postcode!)... we did eventually find them and the people at the house let us pick them up.”

“Quick delivery, very pleasantly surprised at how big the plants were but one of them (my hellebores) arrived with root rot and has died so I'm really disappointed with that as it was the biggest and most expensive plant I bought. I tried to resolve the issue but it didn't make it, the roots were soft, brown and looked mouldy unfortunately.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected. Plants arrived in excellent condition, 1 of the pots were cracked but soil was intact and no damage was done. Customer service is brilliant, prompt response to any questions i had for the aftercare/maintenance. Bought 2 clematis armandii snowdrift, purchased another 3 plants a few days later. Very impressed with the quality and size of all plants. The only downside i would say is having to pay £10 for delivery with each purchase. Overall very pleased with everything. Will definitely be our go to for future plant shopping.”

“May 2022. Bought one dozen laurel potted. Arrived in less than 2wks, plants were healthy, well packed, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and reccomend this nursery.”

“I ordered 3 plants: Pinus Mugo Pumilio, Miscanthus Sinensis Red Cloud and Carex oshimensis Evergold. They arrived very quickly. Two days after I ordered. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I thought that they had sent me a bare-rooted plant because one of the plants was out of its pot. There was soil everywhere. Once I cleaned it up, I was able to see that they are all of a good size and healthy-looking. I don't know how they got all tumbled the way they did, but the delivery could have been much better and they could have been packed much more securely.”

“I was very pleased with the web chat information prior to purchasing my plant. Once ordered it arrived well packed within two days.I was though concerned when the soil fell completely away when removed from the pot which made planting more difficult.However the plant does not seem to have suffered adversely and looks strong and healthy”

“Healthy large plants delivered as per delivery request. Competitively priced and delivered to my home. I had some questions regarding after care and was provided with a prompt and helpful response to my email. Would recommend.”

“Mostly all good. The only thing I would say is that the box my plants came in was too big really. As a consequence one of the plants had come out of the pot and was a bit battered. I have planted it and it does seem to be recovering slowly. Overall though good service.”

“I recently ordered two rootballed trees they arrived in good condition and were large specimens. The delivery driver was very helpful. I will have to wait a few weeks yet to see if they start to shoot as it is early spring and they are still dormant.”

“Delivery was very quick. I was kept well informed of the delivery status. The plant was healthy and of a good size. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the packaging could have been better. There was hardly any protection wrapped around the plant and a small part had been broken off. I will state, thankfully, this did not detract from the health or the overall look of plant. In spite of that I would use this nursery again”

“Slight problem with delivery, the company confirmed a date but the courier did not deliver. Lack of communication from company and courier meant I had to chase for info. Due to location I waited In all day for no delivery. The delivery turned up unannounced, the following day, when no one was home. Fortunately the vehicle was smaller than the usual pallet wagon, so the driver was able to access the property and off load. The trees are exactly what was described, in really good condition and look great. If it wasn’t for the lack of communication on delivery I would have scored 5 stars, based on the product I would definitely look here to purchase anymore trees.”

“The trees appear very good, however, although I was expecting them to be root balled, this was my first experience of this system and I would have expected a planting advice sheet to accompany them. I went on line for re-assurance. I would also have appreciated advice on staking together with the provision of stakes which I would have gladly paid for. I had to locate and drive some distance for stakes. All the trees are planted and tended in the hope their roots will penetrate the hessian and wire.”
