“Prices are really good, any questions i had were answered promptly. The only small negative point was to do with delivery. Had a message to say they'd been dispatched and couldn take up to 10 working days for delivery. They actually turned up the next day which was fab but I wasn't expecting them that quickly so therefore i spent the next 2 days frantically digging and planting 25 privet bare root hedges so they wouldn't die. I text or something to give an exact date for delivery would have been more helpful in my opinion. Otherwise, it was all fab.”

“They delivered a tree with multiple broken branches, I immediately took pictures and sent them. Their terms and conditions state if they damage it in transit you will be compensated. They just responded that despite the broken branches it would be fine and it was a good time to prune anyway. Not impressed.”

“Two shrubs were delivered by Grasslands in questionable condition. Went ahead and planted them out, then watered regularly in accordance with Grasslands advice but three weeks later, they are on their way out. Expect to have to shortly bin them both. Very disappointing - will buy elsewhere in future.”

“Popped in last Tuesday to collect my two holly bushes i purchased online & was welcomed straight away didn't spend long at the nursery we're popping back for a good look and definitely getting more plants next time, very good quality & pleny in stock 👍”

“Very pleased with my cherry tree. It was delivered in perfect condition with lots of lovely buds ready to open in the spring. Will be planting it next week once the potting shed and a few other improvements are finished in the garden.”
