“Not a great experience, first they delivered the laurels I ordered to the wrong address even though they were using their own delivery driver and it would have been obvious it was the wrong address as it had a different house name. Then the replacement trees they sent a couple of weeks later were yellowed, one was falling out of the pot with roots showing even though I had specifically asked them to ensure the replacement trees were decent. I was so disappointed with the condition of the replacement plants I opened a return. Then several weeks later they called me and advised they would collect the next day which was nowhere near enough notice. I was away with work which I told them during the call yet their delivery driver still showed up at 6.25 am. Lucky I wasn’t home that day as I would have been very annoyed being woken up at that time of the morning. They now state they can only provide 1 days’ notice of collection which is ridiculous, and will not refund until they do collect so really they are ensuring they don’t collect and thus don’t have to refund!”

“I choose Grasslands Nursery for their competative prices when looking for Cherry Laurels of a decent size to make an impact as a hedge straight away. I placed my order on line on Sunday and by Monday AM I was informed my delivery would be with me the day after. The following day my items were quietly delivered whilst most of the house was sleeping at 6am in the morning. The driver did not knock and instead quietly left my goods on my drive. This was very considerate considering the early hour. My cherry Laurel trees are of good height, good leaves and bushy and I am so impressed with this overall service. I will come back to Grasslands Nursery again.”

“I placed my order and then got a call to say they could not deliver to my address. So I decided to cancel. I then got a call back to say they had found a solution and that they would be able to deliver. So it was all booked in and the delivery went very smoothly. Great that they came back, excellent service. Plants are perfect as well.”

“I was absolutely delighted to receive these beautifully grown and perfectly packed plants. I was disappointed not to be invited to give the deserved accolade but am glad that I am now able to award 5 stars. Dispatched on time received well packed and perfect appearance. Well done to the team.”

“The quality of the trees were amazing. In the few weeks of receiving them and polanting them they have grown. I am really happy with the overall company. They informed me every step of the way, including very quick delivery. I even recieved a discount. The driver was acommodating as I was at work, and they left my trees safely, and kep me informed. A great company which I would 100% recommend to others.”

“Excellent nursery though all on web is not available to view if you visit, I would suggest ordering 5-10 individual items so the staff can bring them out fro your visit and viewing, I was told by staff hse rules preventing internet areas stocking areas not accessible to visitors, so just order and pay for 5-20 individual items and get a refund after picking the one you want easygoing staff and very helpful s must visit”
