“My cherry laurels arrived on time and were sized as described all plants were healthy and transferred into the ground without issue. They look great - thank you”

“Communication good, pricing good but ordered 3x 120-130cm laurels and only 1 was within this range. The other 2 looked like they had been pruned and only just made it over a metre. Unfortunately they have only just been checked by myself in preparation for job tomorrow. Another member of staff received the order!”

“We previously ordered cherry laurel bushes from another supplier..and they were in a sorry state when they arrived. Communications with that supplier was zilch. I shopped around and came across Grasslands Nursery, which had had good reviews, so decided to order. The process was easy, delivery was very fast..and the cherry laurel were in fantastic condition - we are delighted with them. I only have a photo taken later in the day...nuit still adding it.”

“I ordered 2 Ilex Cranata Ilex spirals - they arrived a lot wider than shown on the website. I paid £288.50 including £30 post and packing - however when they arrived they were too wide for the size I had available and so had to reject the delivery....they charged me £95 for the items to be returned and for the 2 items to be put back 'into stock' and refused to refund back the £30 initial postage..so I am now £125 out of pocket for the reverse transaction. I have been in touch with them but they refuse to budge.”

“My three tall, beautiful and healthy leaved laurels arrived when expected, in firm and very substantial cardboard packaging. I was very impressed. They had been watered and cared for and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Grasslands again.”
