“I made two orders on consecutive days and asked twice if they could send them together on the same pallet to save on delivery, most companies would be way more helpful. I have received the second order but not the first. The order was ok, one of the jasmines was damaged so one of the stems had been broken off (a 1m piece)”

“I ordered plants and it two weeks for me to be notified that they didn't have what I ordered but they did have the larger, more expensive plants. Had to request a refund three times before they refunded”

“Just received another delivery from this company of 3 rhododendrons in addition to the 12 I bought last month. Beautiful plants so pleased once again. Well worth every penny spent. Delivery via parcel force was within the week which I didn’t expect as we a very rural. Thanks again will be back for more. J Stewart”

“Ordered a medium large magnolia to be delivered to my daughter. Excellent choice of plants, easy to buy to send to a different address from my own, and quick delivery. This was done online. But I have visited in person and was bowled over by the vast collections of shrubs they have for sale. Much better than any suburban garden centre. Highly recommended.”
