“Slight problem with delivery, the company confirmed a date but the courier did not deliver. Lack of communication from company and courier meant I had to chase for info. Due to location I waited In all day for no delivery. The delivery turned up unannounced, the following day, when no one was home. Fortunately the vehicle was smaller than the usual pallet wagon, so the driver was able to access the property and off load. The trees are exactly what was described, in really good condition and look great. If it wasn’t for the lack of communication on delivery I would have scored 5 stars, based on the product I would definitely look here to purchase anymore trees.”

“Ordered two photinia red robins and a wisteria. But early to tell on the wisteria but the red robins are spectacular plants - very full and overall much larger than I’d expected. really pleased with the quality.”

“Poor customer service and communication. Paid £45 for shipping and my tree was left in another garden of an empty house! I was home all day waiting for delivery and they gave no communication as to when it was delivered. I had to search for it and received no help from customer service. I was told to look around my road! Do not use.”
