“A lovely little Mother's Day Azalia delivered to my daughter on her 1st Mothering Sunday, great communication, very pleased, though delivery charge a bit high.”

“Good plants but labels do not show the name of the plant "Frozen Flame" - what they do show, it turns out after unnecessary phone calls, is the name of the nursery that produced them. Attention to detail???”

“This is a lovely place - a proper nursery not one of these shops that sell everything from flowers to cake to clothes! The staff are extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone who hasn’t been there to visit.”

“Ordered large tree - was delivered very quickly, good sized specimen tree looks to be very healthy, although dormant at the moment. Always great quality plants from here, with good visual of size you’re getting”

“Plants delivered very healthy and delivered to a safe place. When there was a slight error with one item of the order, Vikki in customer services dealt with the issue immediately and sent out a correction the same week. Amazing customer service, thank you.”

“All of the hellebores I ordered x 5 (costing just under £100) arrived damaged with the stems on each broken. I contacted the customer service team and sent photos but am struggling to get a reply! Not a good customer experience.”

“My bare rooted Portuguese laurels arrived looking half dead, I sent the nursery a picture of them saying I didn’t think they would all survive at this point. Several weeks later when quite a few were totally dead I sent another photo and I was told bare root plants were hard to establish and I might have done better with pot grown plants. They wouldn’t replace the dead plants, offered 20% off replacements but I had to pay the postage. Poor customer service I would say. Also parcelforce will no longer leave parcels when you are out and I was told to drive 15 miles to a depot to collect I was out in working hours. All in all a bad experience”

“Excellent trees, service and value for money. I took advantage of the bulk buy deal and saved myself £125. Also, it was free delivery! The trees are exactly what I wanted. Very healthy and strong. Delivery was prompt and communication was good. The delivery driver was a nice chap and I helped him to put the trees in my back garden. Grasslands is a quality company.”

“Exellent---the plants are top notch quality wihtout doubt. Not only were the transported with care and attention, the driver who was delivering my order waited patiently for me to get back from walking my dog neighbours dog!”
