“Truly excellent plants and impressive packaging. Will use again. Not quite sure why order was split into 4 separate 'orders' but they all arrived at the same time. Maybe to get 4 separate reviews?? Happy to leave one for each.”

“I have not been impressed at all with the customer service aspect of Grasslands. I have over time purchased many plants, but of note have been the cherry laural this year. I identified that three of the plants where much smaller than the 40/50cm of the others, some 35 plants. What I have found simply staggering is the debate, following my pictures sent to customer support that they were in fact within the size. Agreed I incorrectly measured them, BUT the pictures show the difference. One only needs to look at the pictures I sent to see they much smaller against all the other plants! I live in H/C and was more than happy to bring them back, but that has never been offered. It's clear to me that unlike other suppliers you don't have a no quibble policy, and in the end we are talking about three plants that will take a few years to get to the size of the others, so I am unable to use them.”

“Really pleased with the two Betula Utilis multi stemmed rootballed trees. One is three stemmed, the other four, and each stem is about as thick as a good quality Lincolnshire sausage. Originally the wrong trees were delivered, but the delivery driver came back a few days later and put it right. Overall a good service and good price compared to local nurseries near me. Grasslands always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. Would use again.”

“One of my go-to nurseries to get plants. Have bought in person and online and happy with both purchases. Very healthy plants. Nice spacious layout of the nursery with wide paths to manoeuvre your trolley. Helpful and friendly staff.”

“Brilliant company! Ordered 5 x 7.5 foot tall Cherry Laurel potted plants and arrived quickly in perfect health. Also ordered 18 x Portuguese Laurel bareroot plants and these arrived in Nov as planned. Would definitely use again, service and communication were perfect. Loved the email to give me a heads up to get ready to plant the bare root plants too!”

“My Bare root Yews arrived within 3 days of an email notificationin in great condition. I had no doubt on the quality of these Yews, as i had brought some the year before to replace a box hedge that was attacked with the box moth. I've found they made an excellent alternative so decide to extend the hedge a little further. Highly recommend Grasslands Nursery for their excellent service. They even answer the phone if you call them,for advice. 5stars just for that. Thank you”
