“Was impressed that they stocked the trees I was looking for as not many nurseries do. The website pictures helpfully showed the height against a person which is preferable to just having the measurements. My questions were answered clearly and the telephone order was very quick and easy to place. The two trees ordered arrived promptly and in excellent condition with up to date tracking information.”

“It’s our ‘go to’ nursery. Good quality plants and helpful staff.. and friendly service in the cafe with worth visiting for the food even if you don’t stray into the nursery !”

“Very, very impressed! First time I have ordered from Grassland Nursery but was very impressed on the lovely healthy, strong condition of the plants plus which was exceptionally well packed. Also, was sent continued progress of delivery which I received very quickly - so, altogether would have no hesitation in making any further orders!”

“I've bought from Graslands on a few occassions now and have always been very happy with the plantings. Just a small point on customer service communications however. I telephoned to ask if some rootball Photinia came in containers, and what width the containers were as I have narrow access of 70cm. I was told casually "I think the pots are 60cm wide". I accepted that at the time but phoned back later to make sure as the size was critical and stated that I may have to return them if they won't go through. I was then told, apparently after some checking, "yes the pots are 60cm wide". They arrived in pots 74cm wide. After removing the pots, a lot of clay soil and a lot of hassle we eventually got them in. Wasn't very impressed at the time.”

“I’m very impressed with both the service and plants I purchased. Very easy to order and kept up to date with delivery schedule. I ordered 3 Photinia Red Robin bushes. I was a little concerned I may have ordered the wrong size and would need talker but all three were perfect and in excellent condition. I must mention the packaging which was also the best I have seen. Well done Grasslands in every department, I will definitely be ordering again from you.”
