“Hello I have just received my delivery which I ordered on August 7th a long time considering I only live 45 minutes drive away.....After contacting you I was told the plants were delivered on the 15th which was not true...not sure what happened in the end but the plants arrived at last.....but on the email it now looks like the price is now higher than the original price so I hope I havent been charged a higher price and that I havent been charged twice! So please make sure that is not the case in your billing department. Thank you Linda Roger”

“I contacted Grasslands to say that I couldn’t take delivery on 28, 29, and 30 July, due to being away for the weekend. I received a call confirming that this information would be passed on to the carrier. However, on my return on 30 July I found that the delivery had been made on 28 July, and had been sitting in my front garden for 2 days. Not happy. This would probably prevent me from dealing with Grasslands again.”

“Bought 5 Thuja Plicata Martin. The trees were in excellent condition but the delivery driver was unhelpful. He considered a curbside delivery as dropping them off in the middle of the road, as my wife said to him "Do you see the curb?". He came up with some excuse that his boss will reprimand him if he reverses the van. Keep this in mind if you order, good plants are let down by second-rate delivery and vans with no reverse gear.”

“Communication good, pricing good but ordered 3x 120-130cm laurels and only 1 was within this range. The other 2 looked like they had been pruned and only just made it over a metre. Unfortunately they have only just been checked by myself in preparation for job tomorrow. Another member of staff received the order!”

“We previously ordered cherry laurel bushes from another supplier..and they were in a sorry state when they arrived. Communications with that supplier was zilch. I shopped around and came across Grasslands Nursery, which had had good reviews, so decided to order. The process was easy, delivery was very fast..and the cherry laurel were in fantastic condition - we are delighted with them. I only have a photo taken later in the day...nuit still adding it.”
