“This shrub/tree was very disappointing. It was very small with only one stem. Nothing like the photo they have on their website to advertise the size of the shrub. I did complain to the company and all I got from them that it was in a dormate state and will soon grow. Absolutely disgusting customer service for something I paid over £100 for.”

“Reasonable prices and good quality plants. Very happy with the plants and they look great and we got a bulk discount which was great. Only downside was it would have been great to have an update on order when it was being processed as it went quiet for a bit and we weren't sure what was going on.”

“The 3 bushes came exactly as described, the correct height and very bushy. Delivery came very early and didn’t disturb me, they placed the items safely infront of my garage. Will happily use again.”

“Always first class quality plants and service. Used them for years. The only reliable online plant supplier I trust. So many rogues who don't even hold stock and just 3rd party sell. What you see is what you get here, if not better. Do not understand recent rash of bad feedback. Only once had an issue in years (one plant damaged in transit). Replaced and told to keep replacement. No questions. No hesitation. They are an exclusively female foursome that run it. Wholly trustworthy. Don't hesitate.”
