“Your plant was very nice. Delivery was quick. But your delivery charge of £30 is far too high. I bought from you on the recommendation from my gardener but I probably won't buy from you again.”

“Excellent customer service from point of sale to after sales service. I ordered laurel hedges which were beautiful. A couple were damaged in transit and there was no hesitation to exchange them. Also happy to provide instant advice via chat whilst I was planting them. Very happy customer”

“Lack of information on your web site. When I called to ask a question your staff were friendly and helpful. You did not advise us of delivery, it would have been helpful to be asked if we were available on day of delivery as we had to cancel arrangements we had made. Some of the plants arrived without any leaves.”

Hello Annette, Thankyou for your review, We do always try to provide as much info as possible about the delivery, I have checked your order and it seems we were unable to get hold of you on the number you provided. The notes say we left a voicemail and emailed as well. These must not have got to you in time. I am sorry. The plants you have ordered are privet hedging, These loose their leaves in the autumn and re-grow them in the spring. The amount of leaf loss varies depending on how cold the winter is. In some mild years they can keep many of the leaves. I hope this clears up your concerns. Kind Regards Paul W

“Beech bare root plants turned up when expected, well packaged. I was not prepared how small the package would be - 20 beech in parcel no bigger than a small Xmas tree. I was a bit worried they were no more than twigs! But once I got them out they were nice and bushy with nice healthy roots. Planted them straight away. Already had a frost and they seem unbothered. Overall pleased, only niggle is delivery was 30 quid which seems high. was advised this was because they wd need a pallet but this was not true at all and parcel was actually v small. Apart from that, all good and wd recommend.”

“Everything went very well. The ordering was easy and the price was good. It would have helped if they could have been able to give an idea of when the delivery could happen but the weather didn't help them! The delivery was excellent - we were out at the time but they placed the plants exactly as we had asked. We watered them immediately and planted them recently. They look good and we are hoping for a good hedge as the months go by and we will be pruning them to encourage bulking out. All in all an excellent experience.”
