“Excellent service and advice at the Nursery. Good communication regarding delivery. Plants were great quality.. but very expensive (perhaps that's more to do with the times we seem to be living in, rather than this individual company).. would reccommend.. :o)”

“Generally good customer service and products. I had an issue where the date agreed with Grasslands for delivery needed to be deferred due to a holiday, which they accommodated. However, the pallet shipment was not then delivered on the agreed day - the carrier aborted the delivery meaning the plants spent the weekend in a warehouse and I missed the day I had set-aside for planting. I'm now having to plant in small batches after work in the twilight, which is not what I had intended. The plants themselves are good - bigger and bushier than the picture on the website. Hopefully they'll establish well and our new hedge will be grown in within a couple of years.”

“I recently bought 5 x Leylandi 280/300cm trees from Grasslands at what I considered to be an excellent price. They were delivered on time by Mark, an extremely helpful driver and the very healthy looking trees were successfully planted last week-end (23/2/25)”

“My acer arrived beautifully packed and in perfect codition - and it was much larger than I had expected. It clearly illustrated the difference between the service provided by a smaller supplier compared with that available from the better known web based companies. Thank you!”

“Strong-looking plants and very well packed so that they arrived safely, which has not always been the case with some other suppliers. Very pleased with my first order.”

“Great yew trees, size at least as tall as expected, and perhaps taller, great care had been taken with their packing and transport. So looking forward to seeing them grow”

“We live in the back of nowhere so a little longer to wait for delivery but shrubs were perfect and big enough with the choice to make a new garden look mature. We will be ordering further shrubs for delivery!”
