“My first tree was damaged but Claire at grasslands had a replacement delivered in double quick time. Delivered by Michael the tree is now planted out and looks great. Many Thanks, Tony”

“The plants were excellent, but they did not deliver on the date agreed and made no attempt to get them to me the following day. The delay caused me a lot of stress as I had a gardener lined up and could not give him a new date. The customer service experience was awful, they were rude to me and treated me like I was the problem. There was no sense of urgency on their side or attempt to get the plants to me asap. You can tell how good a company is when the service goes wrong. On this level you totally failed me. As I says, plants great, customer service non existent !”

“my first order with grasslands , as another company, let me down, from the very start they were very helpful and informative, delivery was arranged and performed on time to a T. The plants were brilliant as advertised, and i will definitely use the company again.”

“Grasslands Nursery has a good website which was easy to navigate. The people I spoke to there were polite and knowledgeable. The plants arrived in excellent condition and on the day arranged. Will definitely use them again.”

“Good selection of stock, bareroot yews arrived promptly and size was as described. All appeared healthy with good amount of roots. Only negative was that delivery seemed slightly steep at £30.”

“I ordered the plants with what I thought was a reasonable window of weather for planting. Unfortunately the plants took so long to arrive (just under a month) that the weather had changed and the ground is now frozen solid.”

“Best price I found for my Laurel bushes and really good price for delivery from Cheshire to Reading in Berkshire. Delivered quickly too. We have plant nurseries in the Farnham area but they were about a third dearer. Great condition laurels. Thank you, Gary Marshall.”
