“If I could of given zero stars I would of! I ordered 4 black steel hydrangeas, 2 purple and 2 pink. They came on the Saturday and by Tuesday the 2 pink hydrangeas leaves were brown and looked to be dying. I contact Grasslands Nursery and requested a refund as I wasn't happy with the quality. I was advised that the plants had frost damaged and will recover. They still haven't recovered 2 months on and the company are stating they're not responsible for the frost damage and are refusing to refund me. The plants are not as described and not as per the picture advertised. The plants are now in the bin and I am £30.00 down. Go elsewhere”

“I ordered quite a number of Pachysandra and some ferns to achieve ground cover under a weeping pear tree and was very pleased with the standard and size of the plants that I received. I really admired the ingenious way in which my order was packaged and it arrived the right way up, with all the plants intact and properly protected. I would certainly recommend Grasslands.”

“Service was quick and size of plant was great but sadly there were so many brown leaves on my bamboo when it arrived and it has continued to decline ever since. Obviously the weather has been really cold for May but perhaps don’t sell products that need the weather to be warmer to survive or send a warning at least. I now have an expensive 6ft dead plant as the focal point of my garden and it’s not ideal, hoping it will perk up when the weather improves but it’s not looking good”

“I was really pleased with my order from Grasslands. After ordering on Sunday, my plants were with me on Wednesday, fantastic delivery. I ordered two pittosporums which were well packaged and of great quality. I shall certainly be happy to place an order with Grasslands again.”
