“The Grasslands website was easy to use and navigate and the delivery was reasonably good with the exception that the container for my Lavender plant was split. However I put this down to the mishandling by the carrier?”

“Ordered 16 1-1.2m golden privet pots on Tuesday. Delivered on Friday. Plants unloaded and delivery note put through door before I even knew they’d arrived. Lovely bushy plants. Limited foliage, as warned on website. Planted up and hoping that the rain we’ve had every day since will get them quickly established. Fingers crossed. Thanks very much.”

“The person who dropped off the plant bluntly refused to take it to the back garden even though this was specified / requested at the time of placing the order. The huge plant was left on my front porch.”

“Very pleased with the 6 large bamboo plants we purchased. They arrived on the 8th working day and with a very nice driver who confirmed to us that he deliverers to scotland postcodes and goes to glasgow on a weekly basis. So if you are told like we were that you may not get you order within the 7 working day time scale they give themselves because of your postcode by a lad in the after sales department or hes says I can refund you, dont worry I can confirm that you will receive it as they do deliver to SCOTLAND!!”

“Delivery was so early we didn’t even realise until I went outside. The plants were just like they are shown on the website pictures. All really good healthy plants so we made the right decision buying from grasslands.”

“My plant arrived on the coldest day of the year so I protected it for a couple of days until the weather warmed up, gave it a good watering and then potted it up and trained it against my new fence. I deliberately went for a very mature plant as I wanted it to appear well established. I am looking forward to when it flowers!”
