“Very helpful staff on site. Unfortunately I did feel let down when I ordered a £280 tree on line. I had forgotten to order a stake at the same time. I rang the standard number to try to add the item, but was told I had to order on line. Tried to order on line but it was below the minimum order value. Tried sending an email ...didn't work, Then I ran out of time. Very frustrating. I would have thought the extra item could easily have been added to the original order . Didn't get my stake !”

“HAVING TAKEN THE TIME TO VISIT YOUR NURSERY TO PICK SUITABLE ITEMS LOTS OF THE TREES ARRIVED WITH SNAPED BRANCHES CAUSED WHEN ALL THE OTHER ITEMS ON VAN WERE DRAGGED PAST DRIVER PROCEEDED TO MISSHANDLE WHAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ROOT BALL TREES PICKING THEM UP BY THE TRUNKS INSTEAD OF THE ROOT BALL SNAPPING THE MAJORITY OF THE TAP ROOTS IN THE PROCESS”

“Very nice, vibrant leylandii trees. I bought them because I wanted something fast growing to fill in gaps along a fence. I thought the price was reasonable. They were delivered promptly and the delivery person was very helpful as he carried the trees into my back garden for me.”

“Excellent customer service from point of sale to after sales service. I ordered laurel hedges which were beautiful. A couple were damaged in transit and there was no hesitation to exchange them. Also happy to provide instant advice via chat whilst I was planting them. Very happy customer”

“Lack of information on your web site. When I called to ask a question your staff were friendly and helpful. You did not advise us of delivery, it would have been helpful to be asked if we were available on day of delivery as we had to cancel arrangements we had made. Some of the plants arrived without any leaves.”

Hello Annette, Thankyou for your review, We do always try to provide as much info as possible about the delivery, I have checked your order and it seems we were unable to get hold of you on the number you provided. The notes say we left a voicemail and emailed as well. These must not have got to you in time. I am sorry. The plants you have ordered are privet hedging, These loose their leaves in the autumn and re-grow them in the spring. The amount of leaf loss varies depending on how cold the winter is. In some mild years they can keep many of the leaves. I hope this clears up your concerns. Kind Regards Paul W
