“Excellent quality plants and advice. Delivery on time and helpful driver. Our hedges make such a difference to the look of the front of the house and give us the privacy we wanted. Many thanks.”

“Another amazing experience. One of the trees we ordered is taking centre stage in our small front garden. I messaged them to let them know and they made sure that an extra special one was chosen. All the other trees and shrubs we ordered are just as fabulous and we’re over the moon with them. I said we were done buying plants now but I’m so pleased I’m already browsing to see if we can squeeze more plants into our garden. He he.”

“I ordered golden privet and yew for hedging. The golden privet was really good quality and the yew was the very best hedging we have ever had. The yew was about 7/8 foot high and about two feet wide and has made a brilliant instant hedge. Thank you so much. Wonderful annd courteous service too. Am recommending you to lots of folk.”

“I recently ordered 10 Red Robin's that arrived within a couple of days. Having just moved to a large empty garden I expect to see a lot of Grasslands delivery drivers! Great service, great quality and a great price.”

“I ordered hedging which arrived last week. Communication was fine, was out when delivered, so it took me aback when I saw the 2 large polythene bags on the drive as I couldn't think what it was, as they were packed alternately roots up/leaves down. Didn't think the packing was great, I've ordered hedging before and it came well packed on a pallet. The plants, on the whole, seem to be of good quality, but there is a great variation in size, some bundles diminutive by comparison to others. Unfortunately, some plants have broken stems. None of this is unreasonable in itself, but my order wasn't cheap and I think these points could have been avoided to give a better customer experience.”
