“How about offering an incentive of a prize draw for taking the time to give a review. We buy your products and as a 'reward' we're asked to join your marketing team to help you sell more goods for no remuneration. Or offer to give me your time by coming around and do the ironing for me”

“Excellent plants and quick delivery. Very pleased with the quality and size etc. all as described on the website. This is our third purchase from Grasslands over the last 3 years and each time we've been delighted. It's worth mentioning that we had inadvertantly quoted the wrong delivery address (work instead of home) and the driver was most helpful and re routed without any issues. Great customer service, thank you!”

“I thought the trees were great and the service excellent. We chose three of the give trees by our own visual inspection. Two were ordered later on line and on one of them the bark on the trunk was damaged which is disappointing. I would however recommend Grasslands to others.”

“Bought 50 laurel plants and all were in good condition upon delivery. The courier left them in a safe place, despite me not being home, or leaving any instructions. Would definitely buy from Grasslands again, thanks.”

“I ordered some laurels and I am truly amazed at how good they are, they have strong roots and Beautiful bright green colour. When they arrived they were packaged well in strong boxes and they arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering from Grasslands again I can highly recommend them.”

“Extremely happy with the Photina I purchased. It was the same size as advertised and arrived quickly. The plant was healthy and bushy. Better than others I have purchased from other places where the plant looks nothing like the picture.”

“Easy to order. Took a little while to arrive ( just over a week from order to arrival ) but what an amazing plant when it did. It needed a good watering but was exactly as described and fits the spot I had for it perfectly. Very happy customer.”
