“I purchased 9 Portuguese Laurel, 2 Bamboos and various bags of compost for delivery to south west Scotland. The online ordering was straightforward and prices were extremely reasonable. Delivery was free for an order over £400 (some postcodes excluded). The items arrived on a pallet and were well packed and secure. The laurels were rooted in string bags with enough soil to keep them healthy for the journey and the bamboo were in pots. All in great condition. They are now planted in metal tubs and doing well. If there were an area I would improve on it would be communication. I did not receive any delivery info until I chased after a week. The customer service were great once I got in touch.”

“Really happy with the quality of the laurels I ordered and the service I received. Very fast response time from ordering to delivery. I visited first just to have a look around and I met a member of staff named paul who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.”

“The plants were great and look really healthy, were really well packaged so undamaged. We planted them the same evening so hopefully be ok!! However we were given a link to track the delivery but not a tracking number so unfortunately we were out when they arrived. Luckily our neighbour took them in for us as the delivery driver was going to return them to the depot, don't know if they would have survived that!!! So if the tracking number had been emailed to us so we could have arranged to be home it would have been 5 stars as the ordering was easy and plants were fab!!!”

“Customer service and communication was extremely poor! Placed order called to confirm delivery, advised it was 10 days - which was great as coincided with my gardener being available and I was going away to visit family for half-term. I was away to visit family in midlands( as half-term) and had family up from South (London and Sussex) as it was also my nieces 18th we had family dinner planned - I received text to advise delivery was taking place next day! Tried to call/email no answer! Drove back for delivery which was fine - apart from part of my order missing! Advised it wasn’t available (but no notification). Plants were poor and I duly emailed with photos. I received copy & paste responses! I had to call to 3 times to then get manager call me in my way to work! (Despite advising when I was available)! Shocking service - would not recommend at all as my garden scheme is ruined.”
