“First time as gardener& landscape gardener delt with grasslands; mistake made in order Rhys in office trade team very friendly and good PR skills sorted out issue; quick turn around got right sized shrubs had ordered in pots ( not barerooted & undersized that had been delivered) . Other shrubs had ordered was disappointed by poor quality ( too many old And new tear wounds / damaged stems ( photinias) But would consider buying from grasslands again”

“Very happy with my order. All plants ordered were of a good standard. Delivery quicker than I expected. Shame the email to say when Delivery was in my spam. Lucky my wife was at home. Would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered the plants at 15:00 on the Sunday, they arrived 14:00 on Tuesday. The plants were well packaged and arrived in good condition, I was kept informed of when the plants were dug up and again when they were shipped, I was also sent planting instruction in advance of the plants being shipped. There is nothing that I could suggest that would improve the service. Neil”

“Goods came ok and to be fair shrubs great condition packing a little iffy more bubble wrap please and cover off base pots as compost all over hall , not so good”
