“You have to jump through impossible hoops when it comes to returns or replacements. I bought a hardy shrub (Eleagnus Vivileg) which unfortunately failed. I gave it care and chance to recover but to no avail. Tried to get it replaced but told it should have been returned in the same pot as purchased (I dug it out and put it into a plastic wrapper for carriage). CHECK THEIR RETURNS POLICY before you buy. You have to inform Grasslands in writing within 2 days of purchase and, apparently it has to be returned in the same pot as delivered. BE VERY AWARE, once you transfer your plant or expensive tree from pot to ground you’re on your own without replacement or refund. Some plants do fail for no apparent reason and many other local suppliers offer up to 5 years warranty without question. Grasslands does not do customer care. I will be buying my stock from other suppliers in future.”

“The product ( Magnolia De. Festirose 15 Litre Pot)was fine but the delivery time was far too long . It was probably stated on the website but 10 working days is a bit to long. I actually orderd on the 20/4 and received on the 8/5 so it took even longer”

“Everything I ordered was good and I was pleased with. Two improvements I'd recommend would be that the app for tracking my order wasn't great and I'd like to have had the delivery driver knock on the door to check I was home before leaving my order in the garden. Although I was aware my order had a time slot and I did keep checking to see if anyone had arrived, I didn't hear the delivery being done neither did the driver attempt to check if I was home. I do understand that he would have left the items in the garden regardless of me being home or not but I'd like to have been made aware that he was there so I could make sure I'd moved them to a safe place. Absolutely nothing wrong with the items I ordered though so based on that I'd possibly order again.”

“The magnolia sieboldii I ordered from Grasslands arrived promptly. It was expertly packed and had suffered no injuries in transit. In fact it arrived looking remarkably fresh and healthy, especially as the weather was very warm at the time. It has continued to thrive and I have no hesitation in recommending Grasslands Nursery to other buyers. Thank you.”
