“The Bay trees and box hedging supplied are excellent quality , perfectly uniform and well packaged for delivery. Not necessarily the cheapest you will find but well worth it .”

Dear Mrs Konig, Thank you for your review. When you got in contact with us about your issue with the delivery driver we took your complaint very seriously, We listened to your complaint and you received at least 3 follow up emails from us with details of our investigation. I am sorry that the driver was not able to take the plants through your house unfortunately we are not able to do this. Kind Regards Paul

“Was not happy with first two trays i got.They were in a box about three times as bid as the trays.Some trees were not even in the trays.Did report this but it was no go. You just said plant them and they will be ok. Second batch i recived are as a should be”

“This was by far the best service and quality of plants that I have had from anywhere else in the UK. Outstanding. The quality of the 18 trees delivered was better than I could have hoped for, you were flexible and accommodating with delivery times, called as promised the day before delivery and the trees were outstanding, healthy and truly beautiful.”
