“Had a delivery on Saturday for 20 plants. I only received 18. I have made numerous phone calls only to be told they would get back to me which they haven't. I have also sent a couple of e-mails which they have not bothered to reply to. Very disappointed with the customer services and still two plants short and out of pocket.”

“Excellent service! I received three healthy good quality trees which are now in situ and have done the screening job I was hoping for. I would definitely use Grasslands again and thoroughly recommend the company.”

“Prompt friendly service. Delivery driver on time and very helpful. Plants of Good quality. Initial contact to order was difficult hence 4 stars rather than 5 but I'm assuming this was down to remote working.”

“First time ordering from Grasslands and so pleased I did! Easy to order, the pictures with staff next to plants is a great help. Updated at each stage. Delivery arrived as stated, the plants are all healthy and the shape/size as expected, no damage thanks to the brilliant packaging. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Grasslands. Thank you so much!”

“Checked before I ordered & it was confirmed that there would be no delivery charge. Completed the order form & no delivery charge until directed to payment when it was added in assumed this would be then credited but it wasn't. The delivery arrived with no prior notice a large vehicle which may not have been able to turn round if we hadn't been in. I would have expected prior notice on a order of that size.”

“Bushes look good and arrived on expected date. Unfortunately the tracker didn’t work as expected told me they’d gone to London 250 miles away! Still waiting to plant as too windy at moment but all should be okay.”

“Ordered 2 weeks ago and had no update since on any delivery. I have called 3 time, first couple of times the lady who answered promised to get hold of her manager, but am still waiting. Called again today and nobody answered.”
