“Purchased a shrub last year which cost £90.00 which we wanted as a feature. It is dying so I took pictures & returned to grasslands with my receipt to tell them how unhappy I was and would like my money back. This was not possible as they do not guarantee their plants. I strongly advise not to purchase from here.”

“Bought Hawrhorn from website, I received 25 sticks!!.. no foliage at all, what I received had no resemblance of what was pictured on the web site. Customers services just kept responding that that’s how they look at this time of year - er so picture that on your web site then…. Didn’t get a refund as I’d have to accommodate safe return postage, which it seems for plants etc is a specialist courier ….. don’t bother.”
