“Quick delivery, very pleasantly surprised at how big the plants were but one of them (my hellebores) arrived with root rot and has died so I'm really disappointed with that as it was the biggest and most expensive plant I bought. I tried to resolve the issue but it didn't make it, the roots were soft, brown and looked mouldy unfortunately.”

“We ordered four large evergreen trees and with our previous experience in landscaping planted them in accordance to instructions. All but one has died and despite regular communications with grasslands nursery as to the slow deterioration of the trees ensuring transparency- they have refused to refund this purchase or replace the trees. Therefore I will not be purchasing any more from this company or would recommend.”

“Purchased 11x 2m root ball hedge plants, however 4 of them died within just a few months (despite significant efforts to feed, water and multiple contacts with the nursery). Only a minor discount provided for the replacement plants (Had heard other nurseries would replace for free or for half price). For delivery, only given a full day time window. Will not use again”

“Can't fault delivery. Kept informed of delivery date. Driver was exceptionally helpful. Delivered the shrubs with care and respect for my property. The shrubs chosen are fantastic. I could've chosen better myself. They're in place in the garden and growing very well. Thank you to all involved”

“The conifer tree I ordered is very good, and it was delivered within the time scale advised. But I was very disappointed with your delivery driver, I found him very unhelpful and not very pleasant. I asked him to put the tree in a safer place. His reply was the tree was too heavy and he moved it a few feet just inside my gate. Not very helpful at all.”
