“The quality of the plant that Grasslands provided is my main reason for giving them 5 stars: it was beautiful, healthy, large, and great value for money. My only quibble is that the delivery cost was very high.”

“Today i received my order of "stipa Ponytails" and a "Mint Julep" the plants arrived within 2 days and i was amazed by the packaging...honestly so carefully placed..i thought the "Crown Jewels" were arriving! On opening the box the plants were so healthy and you could see they had been so cared for. I cannot stress a high recommendation of this company...and i will continue to use this company for their excellent customer service and plant care.”

“I ordered a blue lupin which is doing really well. Very Happy with the plant. I give 4 stars out of 5 because the delivery was dreadful. The plant arrived on the side and both blue flowers were broken. I was very disappointed with the delivery and how they handled the plant. However the lupin recovered and I have 4 other flowers at the moment. Very Happy with the nursery.”

“Lovely happy looking plants, delivered promptly. Only quibble was packaging- quite a lot of soil had spilled out of pots. Some protective plastic around the soil would have helped.”

“Having ordered 4 Ferns over the telephone I have been quite disappointed with the outcome. I ordered Dryopteris affinis "CRISTATA" and was assured that that would not be a problem. Yet on arrival although very well packaged and a prompt delivery time I found that the 4 ferns are in fact Dryopteris affinis ONLY not CRISTATA. I contacted your firm the next morning and although the male answering the call confirmed the original order I have now had to go with incorrect supply. Disappointed.”
