“A good experience as a first time customer of Grasslands. The eight large Laurel bushes I ordered were delivered super quickly, by their very courteous and helpful driver. The price i paid for these plants was very competitive and they’re doing well. Fully recommend this Company.”

“I ordered 12 large Portugues Laurel as I was not sure how good they were and the staff would not help me with any advise. When they arrived we were out but when we got home all we could say was WOW. They were fantastic and we were absolutely delighted. I then phoned up to order another 35. Again the staff were very unhelpful and just said they were out of stock and I could not speak to the manager. Having then investigated on Grasslands web site I found some slightly shorter but bushy plants and so I ordered these. Again I was absolutely delighted with these plants.”

“Golobsum platanoid arrived looking quite worse for wear, when questioned with driver, advised to give up to 7 days and contact if no improvement, having contacted via phone, advised to email, having emailed twice, no response .. very disappointing after sales service!”

“I was delighted with the quality and size of the Achillea Terracotta deliver to me from Grasslands, a company I had not previously purchased plants. It was useful to have a photograph on the website of what I should expect however, the plants over exceeded my expectations. First rate. I will definitely buy more plants from this company in the future.”

“First class service from this company, best price, and the plants supplied were of excellent quality, I was very pleasantly surprised how good a quality these plants were, very well packed, and healthy, so good I bought some more. “Received my three berberis plants one in a pot and two loose out of their pot. A few stems broken on each plant. I can see they are lovely looked after plants so am hoping they will thrive in situ.”

“Grasslands delivered the wrong plant. I contacted the support team two weeks ago to report the fact and asked for the plant to be replaced. Instead of agreeing to replace the plant, Vikki from Grasslands offered a 25% discount on the one that had been wrongly delivered, which I accepted. Two weeks on, I have yet to to receive the discount that was offered or a reply to my subsequent email to Grasslands asking for an update. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from this nursery again.”
