“The tree is lovely and exactly as described, I’m very happy with it. However the delivery driver way extremely rude. He didn’t deliver the tree to the location as stated on the delivery note. When we asked if he could move the tree as it was in the way of the front door and my mother is in a wheelchair, he refused!”

“Absolutely thrilled with our purchase of cherry blossom tree. Delivered on time, lovely delivery man. Great care taken off-loading the tree which was well packed and safe-guarded. Beautiful, healthy tree that looks to be establishing well, following on-line care instructions.”

“Mostly all good. The only thing I would say is that the box my plants came in was too big really. As a consequence one of the plants had come out of the pot and was a bit battered. I have planted it and it does seem to be recovering slowly. Overall though good service.”

“Sent out two plants, incorrect planting instructions sent out, resulting in one dying and the other going into transplant shock. Had to cut it down to help revive it, money lost as purchased a specific height. Company refunded one, email sent no apology, and refused to do anything about the other except blame me when staff had already admitted it was their fault. Rude, poor service, stay away!”

“I recently ordered two rootballed trees they arrived in good condition and were large specimens. The delivery driver was very helpful. I will have to wait a few weeks yet to see if they start to shoot as it is early spring and they are still dormant.”

“Delivery was very quick. I was kept well informed of the delivery status. The plant was healthy and of a good size. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the packaging could have been better. There was hardly any protection wrapped around the plant and a small part had been broken off. I will state, thankfully, this did not detract from the health or the overall look of plant. In spite of that I would use this nursery again”
