“Was a bit worried ordering online but needlessly so. The plants arrived within a week and were all nice and green and very healthy. Do not hesitate ordering from grasslands - this will be my go to place from now on. Brilliant.”

“Prior to purchasing Laurels on line , I made contact with the office team on several occasions regarding questions I had . My order value was over £1k so I needed to ensure I was getting the correct product . However, it became very apparent that the staff did not know there products and that I asked too many questions .Upon delivery of my trees I was unable to track my order until the actual day , which was not helpful as it was delayed by a day ! This incurred additional costs to me to arrange the team.back to plant . Also the plants had not been watered for 5 days and due to the fact they were handled several times in and out of hubs , there was some damage . I would never use this company again !!”

“Beautiful multi stemmed tree delivered . It’s so healthy & looking forward to spring time for its blossom to arrive . Excellent support for rearranging the delivery day ( my fault ) & delivery man got it onto my property which was not an easy task . Many thanks”
