Plants were packed too tightly and several were damaged, some broken in half and others with shoots broken off. Also several pots broken.
Delivered whilst I was out. Did not receive any communication from the delivery company to say they were on their way so I could arrange receipt. Plants delivered onto public footpath and not on our drive. Overall very poor service.
